You don’t have to wait to bring your group to the Orlando Science Center to experience the fun and inspiring STEM programs we have to offer – we can bring our programs to you!
Our Offsite programs allow us to extend our reach to provide high-quality STEM education to schools and communities throughout Central Florida and beyond. They are designed to supplement and enhance your science curriculum for Pre-K through high school. Students love experiencing hands-on fun, and caregivers and educators love that they are innovative and in line with Florida State Standards.
Best of all, these programs are a great way to provide engaging educational activities with very little work for you and your staff! Our programs are easy to set up and clean up, and we bring all the materials and do all the work, including program facilitation by our Educators who are specially trained in making learning an exciting experience!

Please note: A mileage fee of $2.00 per mile (round trip) applies to all Offsite programs.
Offerings
- Hands-on STEM-based content that corresponds to Florida State Standards Pre-K through Grade 12.
- $500 for one 60-minute lab (includes up to 32 students). Additional labs available at a discounted rate.
- Career-focused topics and experiments focusing on Engineering and Modeling/Simulation for Grades 6–12.
- $575 for one 90-minute lab (includes up to 32 students) or take advantage of our package rate of four labs for $2,200.
- Options include KABOOM Live Show (All Ages), Mobile Planetarium (All Ages), Angry Birds (All Ages) and Drones (Grades K–12).

- Available for Elementary, Middle, and High schools. Students and families are invited to attend together.
- Includes 15 hands-on stations on a topic of your choice.
- 15 volunteers from your school are required to assist with running the event.
- $650 for a 90-minute Primary program (Pre-K – Grade 5; up to 300 participants).
- $725 for a 90-minute Secondary program (Grades 6–8; up to 300 participants).
- Available for Kindergarten through Grade 8.
- All-day science engagement event that includes hands-on STEM Activities, Live Shows and Experiences, and a Family Science Night.

Reserve an Offsite Program
The first step in scheduling a program is to complete the Offsite Reservation Form.
Please Note: Your Offsite program is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from our Reservations Department.

Scheduling
Orlando Science Center can schedule Offsite programs every day of the week. Once a request is received a member of our Reservations Department will reach out to you to confirm your requested dates
Offsite programs are not finalized until our Reservations Department or Offsite Manager contacts you to confirm. We require at least two weeks’ notice to reserve a program.
Offsite Experience
OSC provides a variety of STEM-based programming that can be customized to best fit your needs. Live Shows, Offsite Labs, Science Festivals, and Family Science Nights are all both engaging and enriching options that can be provided for your school/organization.
Arrival
Our Education team typically arrives at the determined location 45 minutes to 1 hour before the beginning of the event. This time is necessary for program set-up and staging.
Payment
Deposits are required on all bookings. A 20% non-refundable deposit is due within two weeks of booking.
If you plan to use a purchase order to pay for this program, you may e-mail or fax us a copy in place of a deposit.
Your remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled OSC programming. Payments can be made with cash, credit card, check made payable to Orlando Science Center. Orlando Science Center accepts personal and corporate checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Cancellations
A cancellation fee equal to the non-refundable deposit amount will be applied to all cancellations.
Cancellations made less than two weeks before the scheduled event will require the balance to be paid in full.
