Science Competitions

STEM Discovery Center

Orlando Science Center is committed to supporting children and young adults in their scientific endeavors.

Students who participate in STEM competitions choose STEM fields of study after high school more frequently than students who do not participate in these types of activities. To encourage students to foster their interest in these fields, Orlando Science Center hosts science competitions for Kindergarten through Grade 12 each school year. As students grow older and gain experience, they can participate in increasingly challenging competitions at the Science Center with the potential to earn cash prizes and scholarships!
