Return Policy
At the Orlando Science Center Science Store, we are committed to ensuring a positive shopping experience. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s what you need to know:
- Return Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
- Receipt Requirement: Please provide the original receipt and ensure items are in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and labels attached.
- Final Sale Items: Clearance or promotional sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Refunds: Refunds are available for items returned within the return window, with the original receipt. Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method, or as store credit if the receipt is unavailable.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If an item is defective or damaged, please report it within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund.
- Exchanges: Exchanges for items of equal value will be processed immediately. For items of different value, any balance due will be refunded or charged accordingly.
