K-8 Homeschool Adventure Courses

In each course, you will receive in-depth lab/classroom experience to add to your science learning. There will be a film for each program shown in our Dr. Phillips CineDome giant screen theater. Supplemental Pre/Post Activities will be available online. Students will be grouped by age according to enrollment. This program is designed for students and their parents. Together you will participate in the Discovery Lab Workshops, exhibits, movies, and or live shows.

 

Program Time

2nd Mondays of the month from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

 

Program Fee

$10.50 per student, $10.50 per adult.

Grade K-5 courses are independent and do not build upon each other.
Grade 6-8 courses are progressive and build upon each other.

Homeschool Overnight Adventures

Overnight Adventure programs are a great way for your child to learn while bonding with fellow friends! Each overnight program includes; exploration of the Orlando Science Center, an age-appropriate themed workshop, a large-format film, dinner, breakfast and an unforgettable experience for you and your young scientist!

  • Minimum of 50 participants is required, for booking.
  • $45 per student; 1 adult free for every 10 students.
  • $35 per additional adult chaperone.
  • Payment must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to event program.
  • A $50 deposit is due at time of registration for a Group Reservation; balance is due 2 weeks prior to scheduled event program.
