Guitarist Plays Tomorrow - Saturday, December 17 at 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. in the Orlando Science Center’s Guitar Exhibit

Plus A Cappella Versions of Holiday Favorites with the Orange Blossom Chorus - 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. in the Science Center Cafe

WHAT: Arte Tedesco has performed extensively around the county with gigs in Pittsburgh, New York, Los Angeles and Orlando, including an appearance with Clarence Clemons from Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band. He has been delivering energetic and soulful performances for more than four decades and he brings his emotionally charged voice and “machine gun” acoustic style to the Orlando Science Center.

WHEN: Saturday, December 17, 2011 – performances at 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

ALSO: Enjoy a cappella renditions of yuletide favorites when the Orange Blossom Chorus performs in the Science Center’s café on Level 1 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. You can find more info on them at www.orlandobarbershopchorus.org.

GUITAR: This exhibit provides a journey through the history and evolution of the guitar with displays of guitars plus activities that examine the science of sound.

COST: Both Arte Tedesco’s appearance and the Orange Blossom Chorus are included in general admission to the Orlando Science Center. General admission is $17 for adults, $12 for youth ages 3 to 11. General admission also includes access to the Guitar exhibit as well as all four floors of interactive exhibits, giant screen films, and live science demonstrations.
