Traveling Exhibit

May 26 – September 3

Immerse yourself in the world of superheroes, crime fighters, gadgets and spies in Hall of Heroes! You’ll find yourself in the midst of the action in your exciting journey through several different themed environments with surprises around every corner. Visitors of all ages will love this exhibit that combines science and science fiction and lets you discover your own super strengths.

Learn about superheroes’ origins, discover the ideals that heroes uphold, and push boundaries to see what it truly means to be heroic! Starting your journey in the “Identification Station,” you will learn about and get sorted into one of the five disciplines that are the basis for all superpowers: “Powers of the Body,” “Powers of the Mind,” “Mastery,” “Gadgets,” and “The Elements.”

These powers are reflected throughout the interactive exhibit where you can explore, learn and test your skills at various stations to find out which discipline of Superhero you excel in! Can you defuse a bomb in time? Will you keep your cool in the Super Balance Challenge? Test your agility in the Touch Path Game or check out the Laser Lab for a challenge that will remind you of James Bond! There is something for the whole family, whether you want to challenge the powers of your mind or your reflexes.

Hall of Heroes also features a full-scale “half” replica of the 1960’s George Barris Batmobile, along with an interactive Batcave and various other movie props; and replicas and rare artifacts from major motion pictures and television shows, so don’t forget to snap a memorable photo! Learn about the fun and fascinating history of memorabilia and enjoy the interactive displays that will take you through a history of heroes. From the ‘Radio’ to the ‘Pop Culture’ display, discover more about everything from blockbuster films, to large-scale comic conventions.
