University of Central Florida (UCF) and Orlando Science Center have an expansive history and multifaceted relationship. Together, we have worked collaboratively on a multitude of programs and projects throughout the years. Most recently being the STEM Satellites program, through funding awarded from NASA, which features mobile NASA-themed science and mathematics exhibits providing STEM based educational resources and activities for chronically ill children across several Orlando metropolitan area children’s hospitals. Several UCF leaders and faculty members have contributed to the leadership and navigation of the Science Center by serving on our board of trustees. UCF has also partnered and been featured as an exhibitor at the successful annual technology exposition, Otronicon. We would like to extend our thanks and appreciation to UCF for their continued partnership and contributions to the Orlando Science Center.
